Communication is key to our approach. We pride ourselves on being accessible and easy to reach. But the truth is many Investors Group clients don’t find it necessary to contact us all that often. That’s because we are proactive, and keep you informed with regular updates (optional of course!). You can call us anytime you need to, but chances are we’ll reach you first!

Why draw a line between clients and friends?

We really do think of clients as friends and family. It is our job to understand your financial goals, but our pleasure to get to know you on a personal level. From the first time we meet, to ongoing communication and client appreciation events, we really are in this together.
